The Online Fitness Lab gives members instant access to my fitness library where they can choose from over 50 class types with new classes added weekly.   You can participate from anywhere by streaming classes on any device with a web connection.  Three Live weekly classes available via Zoom. Each month a calendar for the Live classes will be posted on the members site with class Type, Times and Dates, along with a link to join.  Zumba will be offered 2x per week and the 3rd class will be Instructor’s choice!

Zumba® / Dance Fitness

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Barre

Total body workout incorporating movements derived from ballet, in addition to light strength training exercises.

Step & Toning

Is a form of aerobic exercise that involves stepping on and off a small platform that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.

Bootcamp

A type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A bootcamp workout can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.

Aerobics & Toning

Physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.

Strength Training

Physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. Classes incorporate a variety of training techniques such as the use of hand weights, bodyweight exercises, isometrics, and plyometrics.

Work at your own pace, take breaks as much as you want.  Start with what is comfortable for you and over time you will be able to increase your amount of exercise.

Each class in the library has a description of what is needed.  Some classes do not require any equipment and some require a light set of hand weights, a mat/towel, a step…etc.  Click on class to see what you will need!
